Welcome to a fresh approach to mastering Elliott Wave Theory! Whether you’re just beginning or seeking to deepen your understanding, this guide is designed to unfold the theory’s complexities with clarity and insight.
The Basics of Elliott Wave Theory
At its core, Elliott Wave Theory is a method used in technical analysis to predict price movements in the financial markets by identifying crowd psychology that manifests in waves. While many resources concentrate on the basic five-wave impulse pattern, I’ve noticed a gap in explanations about the underlying principles that make this theory so valuable.
Diving Deeper than the Five-Wave Pattern
In this detailed exploration, I aim to go beyond the common knowledge. We will delve into the fundamental concepts of Elliott Wave Theory, offering a broader perspective that will enhance your analytical skills. Each concept will be illustrated with visual aids and examples to ensure you can easily apply what you learn.
Interactive Learning Experience
I understand that grasping Elliott Wave can seem daunting due to its intricate patterns and rules. Therefore, I’ve included numerous visualizations in our explanations to facilitate a more interactive and engaging learning experience. These visuals help in breaking down complex ideas into understandable segments.

Impulse Strategy
Impulse strategy uses Elliott Analysis and our AI Algorithm to identify stocks likely to move higher or lower to specific price targets. Option positions are used to capture leveraged profit from these moves while managing risk.
Where Elliott Wave analysis shows an expected impulse then our analysis uses Fibonacci levels to determine likely price targets. We then assess which option strategy is most appropriate.
Volatility Strategy
Volatility Strategy identifies opportunities that exhibit a combination of both unusually low options volatility and Elliott Wave corrective patterns.
A Strangle option strategy is used to capture profit from increasing option volatility during the ensuing break out from the consolidation pattern. Where a sufficiently low level of volatility in options pricing exists, we can have a reasonable expectation of an increase in volatility back to historical levels.
Time Strategy
Time Strategy benefits from the time value of options. Our proprietary AI algorithm identifies opportunities where stocks are expected to trade sideways in a range.
We then use options spreads, including diagonals, calendars and butterflies, to set up trades that benefit from the time decay of options to profit.
